Quick Transportation Tips
Hop on the Kombi minibuses linking Mbabane and Manzini. They roll out from the main rank beside Swazi Plaza in Mbabane. These vans leave once full, so expect a short wait. The ride is cheap, fast, and the locals' choice.
Grab the Eswatini Public Transport app, EPT. It tracks Kombi routes live and pins down arrival times in every major town. Works offline after first load. Saves you standing in the sun guessing.
Split the fare. Shared taxis between Mbabane and Ezulwini cost about half what private cabs charge. They queue behind the Mbabane Market. Seats fill quickly at dawn and dusk. Arrive early.
Long haul? Head for the MR3 highway. This is the country's transport spine. All buses and Kombis bound for South Africa start at the MR3 terminal in Mbabane. Buy tickets inside, not from touts.
